DECEMBER 1999

The Francillons have provided the perfect backdrop for our annual holiday party by opening their home to our Chapter. The food supplied by our members was, as usual, extraordinary. To add to this delightful combination of food and fellowship, our very own Brooks Coleman hosted a fast-paced rollicking auction. Thanks to Brooks for hosting the auction, and to Mary and Ward Francillon for allowing the use of their home for this annual event.

On a sadder note, our President, Ken Simons, has tendered his resignation. The Board has nominated the Vice President, Randy Grunwell, as his replacement and Martha Smallwood was nominated to fill the Vice Presidency. Both were voted into office, and Jim Thorsen was re-elected to the board of directors.

Al Grosskreutz has been appointed chairman of the Mid-South Regional for 2000, and will be calling for volunteers to assist him. The schedule has been changed for this event this year. The regional will be held on Saturday and Sunday only. Please help make this event a success.
